The Peer Platform

This program was made to meet the needs of the peer community based on research and peer feedback. This program offers education on physical health, wellness, and communication methods within peer settings.

Peers who utilize this program will have materials and discussion points to help direct conversations around health-related topics. People receiving their support will increase their awareness of these topics, which can influence their quality of life.

Learning Format

This book is meant for the peer supporters who will lead the discussion with individuals recovering from mental illness. It contains similar content to the Peer Platform book, with the addition of discussion prompts, learning objectives, and information on how to lead groups.
